How the TAHR Operating Procedure can contribute to your eLearning project

The organisational change and the building of eLearning organisations

The introduction of eLearning services is demanding and effects all stakeholders as well as the institution itself. The required change processes put a lot of risks on the team of innovators. As a systemic operating procedure TAHRTM helps to reduce risks when setting up eLearning services in multidisciplinary project environments. It helps eLearning activities to become embedded in a wider change process which organisations need to undergo before being able to offer sustainable services.

Overview of the change process

The development of the TAHRTM Operating Procedure has been inspired by various reference models, e.g. by the Tele-Akademie Furtwangen, ELIP – Quality Management Initiative / University of St.Gallen, defining multiple areas of activities to be covered when institutionalizing eLearning services.

The Hoffmann&Reif Comprehensive Package for Building eLearning Organisations (CPeO) is delivered by using this operating procedure as an underlying component. The CPeO adresses the needs on management and teaching staff when migrating from face to face teaching towards Blended Learning / eLearning. Both target groups manage their specific tasks during the organisational change process and the building of eLearning organisations.

CPeO implementation model for teaching and management staff based on the TAHR operating procedure

The TAHRTM operating procedure is applied by Hoffmann&Reif and its international partner network.
