Welcome to an international community of practitioners

CPeO Project Implementation Partners

eLearning Associates is a community of international practitioners initiated by Hoffmann&Reif Consultants. The members of this community collaborate along the lines of open methodologies, information resources and technologies. They are committed to

  • enabling teaching staff and facilitate access to high quality educational and training services
  • realizing sustainability and business orientation
  • providing transparent and independent consultancy services

The community uses, adapts and enriches the business framework The Comprehensive Package for Building eLearning Organisations, CPeO, developed jointly by the German agency for technical cooperation (GTZ), Hoffmann&Reif and SNTL Publishing.

Members of this community are:
